Include the repair name and item number, the value you believe needs review, your city or region, and a reliable source where possible. Do not send copyrighted shop documents unless you have permission.
Response boundaries
We can address website questions and investigate content issues. We cannot diagnose a vehicle, interpret warning lights for an emergency, recommend whether a vehicle is safe to drive, mediate a dispute, provide legal advice, or replace a qualified repair professional.
Stop driving when it is unsafe to continue, move away from traffic if you can do so safely, and contact local emergency services, roadside assistance, the manufacturer, or a qualified repair facility.
